  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD)
  • Prices include GST where applicable
  • Prices may change at any time prior to order acceptance
  • Payment must be received in full before dispatch

Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout and may change from time to time.

If a pricing or system error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. ORDERS & CONTRACT FORMATION

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in that order.

A binding contract is formed when we issue an order confirmation email.

Each order constitutes a separate contract.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities per customer, household or address

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed:

  • A refund will be issued for the unavailable item(s)

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping, delivery timeframes and costs are governed by our Shipping, Returns & Warranty Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. RETURNS, REFUNDS & WARRANTIES

Returns, refunds and warranty claims are governed by our Shipping, Returns & Warranty Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

That policy must be read together with these Terms.

9. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure, and
  • Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
